We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do so, we will post an updated version on this page, unless applicable law requires another type of notice.

When it comes to transferring data from the European Economic Area (EEA), we will use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or otherwise adopt appropriate protective measures in accordance with the standards and regulations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected.

If you would like more information about our international transfers of personal information, or would like to obtain a copy of the protection measures in place for data transferred to a third country, you may contact us at: contact@mindpowerhk.com.

10. Essential processing, aggregate statistics and optional analytics

Scope: The improvement program and advertising measurement below apply to KnowmeType clients. The website does not offer enrollment controls or collect website browsing or download-click activity for this program. Information necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and respond to your requests remains subject to the other sections of this Policy.

Essential service processing: Authentication, preference synchronization, quotas, transcription and translation, subscriptions, payments, abuse prevention and security require relevant account, device or transaction information. Applicable bases include contractual necessity, legal obligations or assessed legitimate interests. Turning off optional analytics does not stop essential processing or authorize repurposing it as personal behavior profiles.

Basic aggregate statistics: We summarize request counts, result categories, response-time bands, subscriptions, payments and refunds from normal service and billing processing to improve quality, reliability and business performance. Aggregate statistics do not retain account, device or operation identifiers attributable to individuals, or require new device tracking identifiers. Removing names or using pseudonyms alone does not establish a consent exemption. Additional client analytics that do not meet applicable exemption conditions remain subject to the choices below.

User Experience Improvement Program (optional): This helps us understand overall client feature use, processing results, copy/insert actions, onboarding and payment-page activity. We prefer aggregate data and retain associations only where necessary for consent management, data ownership and security. New aggregate statistics are not used for personal funnels or cross-device behavior profiles. Updates roll out progressively; older versions may still process pseudonymous records while product analytics is enabled. You can turn off analytics or request deletion of attributable records.

Advertising effectiveness measurement (separately optional): Advertising measurement and related providers may process necessary attribution identifiers, account associations, channels/campaigns and selected conversion information to evaluate advertising effectiveness. This is not anonymous product statistics and remains subject to platform permissions and applicable regional requirements. Product and advertising choices are independent and can be withdrawn separately.

Sign-in and registration display separate choices. Both start unchecked in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and when region cannot be reliably determined. Other identified regions may have preselected choices, which can be unchecked individually. Region only helps set defaults and does not determine applicable law. Where valid consent is required, preselection or accepting the Terms does not constitute consent. Choices are saved only after successful authentication, and prior account opt-outs are preserved. Refusal or withdrawal does not prevent registration, sign-in or core service use.

Change each choice in Settings → Data Management on mobile or desktop. Withdrawal takes effect locally immediately and synchronizes with your account and other devices when connected. Submitted or in-progress data may not be immediately recoverable. Opting out does not automatically delete essential business records or aggregates no longer attributable to individuals. Use the mobile analytics-deletion control or contact contact@mindpowerhk.com to request deletion of attributable records, object to processing or obtain further information.

Analytics do not collect input text, prompts, generated text, recordings, clipboard contents, precise location, passwords or payment-card numbers. Content needed to provide a requested service is governed by the other sections of this Policy. Neither choice permits model training on your content. Daily aggregates and duplicate-prevention records on our servers have a 400-day retention period and are cleaned up periodically. Statistical reports used for trend analysis contain no account or device identifiers and are retained only as needed for product improvement and business analysis, with periodic review and deletion of data that is no longer needed. Identifiable historical records remain subject to Section 6 and deletion rights.

We may engage cloud hosting, product analytics and advertising measurement providers to process data for agreed purposes and only as necessary. Data may be processed outside your country or region; Section 8 explains international-transfer safeguards and how to obtain more information. Where applicable law requires additional recipient or transfer disclosures, or separate consent, we will provide them as required. Deletion requests may take time to complete; aggregates no longer attributable to individuals cannot be reconstructed or deleted by person.
